
I use the following house and house related mods: The storage features scared me off (and the evil mannequins) but it did look impressive. This mod gives you nothing for free (apart from the house itself, there is currently no quest or other cost involved in acquiring it). There are no hidden gold stashes or fully stocked alchemy labs, personally I think that akin to cheating.

The containers are all safe and do not respawn (except for the trash bin in the main hall which can be used to dispose of unwanted items).
